So it seems like this forces the FC founder to take a step back when he hears about the lack of respect within the company. Guest rooms fans may see his fury take a different direction, as it appears a twist is on the way.
His focus likely ranges from buying his company to the anti-Logan campaign at FC. Especially since he was unaware of what the Logan ladies were enduring under his granddaughter’s control. So he could possibly see Carter Walton as the solution rather than the enemy.

Bold and beautiful dropped several clues via Eric Forrester (John McCook) last week while speaking to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). At one point, he vowed to stand with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) against this takeover. But Carter then addressed what he observed in the unfair culture of FC today.
Some time ago Bold and beautifulpatriarch Forrester handed over the reins to Ridge and Steffy. So he was unaware of how his family business had become a place that disrespected employees. Eric also listened to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) as she talked about the Logan family like they were the enemy.

In addition to taking over Forrester Creations, Carter also enlightened Eric on the inner workings of that company. The founder of FC always thought of family. He also considered many of his employees, part of his progeny, over the years. Bold and beautiful.
This is especially true for the Logan ladies, with a special place in his heart for Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). But last week, Carter Walton told him that Ridge and Steffy were treating the Logans like insignificant employees.
Eric previously voiced his opinion on Steffy’s firing of Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but Steffy dismissed his concerns. She then told her grandfather, who owned the company, that Hope was done for despite her protests. Then Ridge supported her, so Eric Forrester already had a little taste of this culture that Carter Walton was talking about.

Bold and beautiful blurted out a line that probably resonated with Eric. Carter Walton spoke about Brooke’s Bedroom line which generates significant revenue. He also mentioned that she is now one of the FC executives. But she doesn’t even have a desk to work in.
The new big boss mentioned how he saw Brooke working out in the hallway. This is because no one has dedicated work space for him. It didn’t seem very good for Bold and beautiful fans.
This also seems to reinforce Carter’s arguments regarding FC’s disrespectful culture. So Eric probably didn’t miss the point after hearing that. If anything can change Eric’s mind, it’s this. Carter’s revelation about Brooke Logan’s treatment could probably do just that.
The Forrester Creations founder had time to digest everything he heard over the next week. So, he might think that this redemption is only the remedy for his granddaughter’s lack of power and also that of his son, who supports her. He could even approach Carter and work secretly behind the scenes with the new captain at the helm.

While many believe that Carter Walton committed a dirty deed Bold and beautifulhe was right with his observations around the FC campus. So if Eric decides to side with Carter Walton, he could secretly interfere with Ridge’s legal attempt to resolve this issue.
But he would probably do all this on the sly. That way, no one would know that the Forrester patriarch is trying to show his family, behind the scenes, how the company should operate. So he could do this with Carter in charge for a while. But don’t suggest he’s jumped to the new boss’s side.
So once Eric Forrester gets his footing, he’ll probably blame Steffy Forrester and Ridge for causing this takeover. At the same time, he could understand Carter Walton’s point of view and become a silent partner in his takeover.
Yet Forrester Creations remains a family legacy. That said, it’s likely that a promise will be made that control of the company will return to the Forrester family once Eric Forrester’s tyrannical granddaughter and son learn their lesson on the CBS soap opera.
