Last week, Bold and beautiful stripped Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) of her dignity, with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)
paving the way for this to happen. Since landing in Los Angeles this time, Taylor has nearly drooled over Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) several times on Guest rooms.
Unless Taylor Hayes is secretly dying and showing off her enthusiasm while she can, she’s just put her broken heart syndrome on the fast track to destruction. But Steffy isn’t 12 and her parents split up years ago, so Bold and beautiful fans are urging the soap to make Steffy get over it. That said, as long as she keeps her dad and Brooke apart, she’s happy.
So that seems to be his main goal. Then her mother has Ridge Forrester, the man she loves, which also suits the Forrester girl.

He probably hadn’t thought about what getting into bed with Taylor Hayes this time would mean. Dumping her for Brooke would probably set her back with her health problem. But he probably didn’t think about the commitment this conquest would entail, because his health is now at stake.
The reason why Ridge slept with his ex is probably simple. He tried to satisfy his ego and may have even sought a little secret revenge by sleeping with Taylor Hayes last week. Bold and beautiful. But what he probably did was anchor himself to her, without looking so far ahead.
If he dumped her again, as he did in the past, she could suffer a relapse of her illness. Then the finger of blame would point to Ridge. So, it seems several reasons are emerging to suggest that Ridge and Taylor’s lovemaking sets the stage for disaster on the CBS soap.
