Sister Wives couple Robyn Brown And Kody Brown have many conversations on and off their TLC series that the average couple will never have. Few wives can take a positive note from their husband sharing a bed with other women like Robyn.
But she recently shared something about Kody that’s not so positive. And at first glance, it might also be embarrassing.
Sister Wives: Church Shopping Robyn Brown
Last week on the Sister Wives series, Robyn Brown spoke to Kody Brown about her two older daughters joining a church other than the one Kody Brown considers sacred. But instead of it being a matter of religion for her daughters, they inform Robyn that they want to go to church to meet like-minded men.
Breanna Brown, 20, and Aurora Brown, 22, want to start dating. They plan to meet some nice men at a church. Since their religion does not have a church in Flagstaff, they opt for a church with similar teachings.
But since neither of them wants to live a polygamous life, like their Sister Wives family, they don’t need a church promoting polygamy. So, Robyn leaves with her daughters to test a few local churches, without Kody Brown… but why?
Tread lightly around Kody Brown
THE Sister Wives mom of five wants to leave Kody Brown at home while they shop at church. But she skirts his words slightly while suggesting the man with the curls stay back as she accompanies the girls to these churches…for good reason.
Kody prides himself on knowing their religion well. And, from the way his conversation with Robyn went, it seems like he has no problem correcting people who state things he considers false in religious history.
So, Robyn fears that if he accompanies them in their search for a church they like, he will become a problem. As she tells him this, she first compliments him for being someone with a lot of knowledge on religious topics.

When Robyn Brown and Kody Brown talk about this church hunt, the Sister Wives The patriarch says he will join them when they finally find a church to join. Robyn seems relieved that they won’t insist that she participate in the church hunting process.
But then she told Kody why she was worried about him going to a new church. Surprisingly, not only does he agree, but he paints a picture for him of what to expect if he followed him.
However, Robyn Brown seems to know the scenario all too well. And it looks like it might be embarrassing for the only ones left. Sister Wives bride.
Kody will listen to the pastor of the new church, but he will go over what he says with a fine-tooth comb. He said he would even go so far as to keep the scriptures on his lap during the sermon.
So if the preacher says something that doesn’t match Kody’s understanding of Scripture, he will challenge him. But Robyn’s concern is to make sure everyone hears her.
Kody Brown would make sure to correct what he might consider wrong and rather loud, which is something Robyn Brown wants to avoid. So it seems like if Kody doesn’t agree with what their new preacher is preaching, he might cause a scene.
That said, as Robyn Brown discusses the possibility with Kody Brown, he agrees to let them shop churches themselves in the CBS series.
