Southern Charm‘s Madison Le Croy always shares her tips and tricks when it comes to her diet and fitness routines.
LeCroy began his wellness journey by completing the 75 Soft Challenge in the summer of 2024 and before moving on to 75 Hard for 2025. 75 Soft and 75 Hard are fitness challenges created by the author and entrepreneur. Andy Frisella. The programs encourage participants to follow six strict lifestyle rules for 75 consecutive days.
As part of the 75 respective challenges, LeCroy completed Pilates workouts, cold plunges, sauna sweats and other exercises. Although LeCroy has taken her share of classes at a gym, she also has a state-of-the-art home gym where she does the majority of her training.
In addition to the fitness aspect, LeCroy has also incorporated healthy recipes into his diet, including his big breakfast salad. Most of the reality TV star’s creations are alternatives to classic junk food.

New Year Motivation
As LeCroy embarked on her new year’s fitness resolution, she shared some motivating words of encouragement for those who were struggling.
“It was that first week of January where we all said, ‘Alright, I’m done with this, I’m done with Dry January, I’m done with eating healthy and I train every day.’ But we will continue,” she said in January 2024. TikTok video. “We’re going to be strong, we’re going to be healthy – that’s the main key to all of this.”
LeCroy then shared what his workout for the day entailed: stretching, a treadmill run, a 45-minute sauna session and a three-minute cold plunge.
Out of the wagon
The Bravo personality took to TikTok to share how she got away from her diet.
“Can I tell you what I ate today?” So I worked out, sat in the sauna and lost some more weight. Then I ate a big foot long Philly cheesesteak sub with a side of six wings medium or hot, with blue cheese. Literally, I put a straw in the blue cheese and I drank this s—,” she recalled in a January 2024 press release. TikTok. “Last night I had a tuna sandwich with bread and Mountain Dew.”
In the video’s caption, LeCroy added that she wanted to grieve in “peace.”
Team cottage cheese
LeCroy introduced her subscribers to one of her favorite snacks, which she likes to prepare with vegetables and cottage cheese.
“If you don’t like cottage cheese, swipe up and grow up,” LeCroy joked in an April 2024 statement. TikTok. “I heard someone else say that and I was like, ‘Valid.’ So normally what I would do is cottage cheese, and then I’ll end up adding red pepper flakes, truffle salt – whatever I’m obsessed with. I add some vegetables. If you really want to add more protein, you can make a hard-boiled egg.
Even though LeCroy didn’t want to spend time boiling an egg, she added all of the seasoning from the bagel to give her dish some crunch.
Preparing for restful sleep
In addition to diet and exercise, LeCroy also makes getting restful sleep a priority. In April 2024 TikTokshe revealed her recipe for a drink she likes to enjoy before bed.
“I’m making my sleeping girl mocktail. Tart cherry juice, that’s the one I like,” she said, holding out the bottle of drink to the camera. “You all know I’ve been doing this since January. I got a little heavy… with the magnesium.
LeCroy added that adding a few cherries gives the drink a cocktail feel.
Cooking incidents
LeCroy showed himself to his subscribers in May 2024 TikTok that she was going to make a cake with a boxed mix from the grocery store.
“Alright, we’re making a yellow cake with chocolate frosting. There’s nothing skinny about it,” she teased before being joined by her husband. Brett Randle. “Fun fact, Brett is a baker…so he looks down on the fact that I actually make it (from a box) rather than from scratch.”
While making the cake mix, LeCroy realized she didn’t have enough eggs and had to send Randle to borrow some from a neighbor. After collecting the eggs, LeCroy and Randle found themselves in another baking disaster as the cake began to crumble while they were frosting it.
“It looks like Matilda’s cake.” It went well last time,” she said. “It all depends on how it tastes, it’s a lava cake!”
Difficult start
As LeCroy began her journey at 75 Soft, she faced some challenges as she began the new lifestyle transition.
“I’m on day two on 75 Soft, I know you’ve heard of 75 Hard, but let’s be honest. I’m not going to go 75 days of summer and vacation without drinking a pina colada,” LeCroy said in a June 2024 statement. TikTok video. “So my problem is water consumption. I’m my height and height and I’m supposed to take in 96 ounces of water a day, or six pounds. I feel like I’m drowning.
LeCroy joked that she felt like she was “poisoned” from drinking so much fluid. Although the reality star shared her frustration with the task, she admitted that she knew she would be “happy” once she started seeing results.
Become dirty
LeCroy got candid about why she’s not afraid to add a healthy amount of salt and other seasonings to her meals.
“I kind of put salt everywhere,” she said in June 2024. TikTok. “I know people say, ‘It’s bad for you.’ But I think if you’re sweating and saunaing and all that kind of stuff, you can get away with a little salt. It’s not going to kill you.
Give things another chance
LeCroy was making another healthy snack recipe and wanted to include an ingredient she doesn’t usually like.
“I’m going to be completely honest with you guys. I’m not a fan of natural yogurt,” she admitted in an August 2024 statement. TikTok. “To me it tastes like sour cream, but I’m trying to get better.”
Even though LeCroy wasn’t a fan of the smell of yogurt, she decided to make a parfait with honey, granola and berries. After taking a bite, LeCroy was pleasantly surprised by how it tasted.
Cleansing on an empty stomach
In August 2024, LeCroy participated in Prolon’s five-day program that mimicked a fasting diet and updated his followers on how it was done.
“I do this probably three times a year. I’m going out of town so I have to look into the stuffed animals,” she said in a TikTok while preparing one of Prolon’s soups. “You get crackers (with the meal), so I like to break them up and I’ll share them since I only get soup for dinner.”
In a tracking videoLeCroy shared that she doesn’t typically do strenuous exercises while cleaning, but will do her typical cold-diving sessions. For the third day, LeCroy admitted that it was the “hardest day” of the program and she made a “mistake” while weighing herself.
“I had only lost a pound and a half, and you only see that weight when you wake up on day six because it’s only been five days,” she said in a post. TikTok. “The reason the third day is quite difficult is that you’re a bit limited… you don’t have the olives and instead of snacks you only have tea.”
After finishing cleaning, LeCroy turned to social media to celebrate.
“Abs checked. Thank goodness,” she said in a clip while showing off her toned stomach. “Now I can go and stuff myself on vacation and enjoy all the food and drink I can consume.”
Comfort Food Dupes
LeCroy always has a few recipes up his sleeve that mimic some of his favorite dishes, one being mac and cheese.
“So I’m going to make something that’s not healthy but is better than macaroni and cheese health-wise,” she said in August 2024. TikTok. “There’s still plenty of cream and cheese and all the Southern things that every casserole and their mom has. It’s a squash casserole.
The TV personality noted that she typically cuts six squashes before boiling them, then combining them with cream, cheese and seasonings. Once the meal was ready, LeCroy accompanied the dish with a salad.
Guilt-Free Snacks
LeCroy wanted something to snack on after dinner.
“I’m going to make the kale. Now don’t swipe up yet, because I promise you it’s (good),” she said in September 2024. TikTok as she filled a bowl with kale. “It’s getting dehydrated because we’re going to use the air fryer. You can use an oven, but that’s just the easiest way.
Before putting the green leaves in the air fryer, LeCroy sprayed the kale with olive oil cooking spray, salt and ranch seasoning. LeCroy said she found this recipe “better than popcorn” and tasted like a “cool ranch Dorito.”
Her kitchen essentials
In January 2025, LeCroy took to her Instagram Story to share that she was starting the 75 Hard challenge and wanted to give fans a glimpse of what her meal planning entailed.
