The policy expert, home insurer, engine and pet with 1.5 million British customers must highlight his growth ambitions by appointing former Aviva Mark Wilson chief as a new president.
Sky News learned that Mr. Wilson, who also headed the Asian AIA insurance company, will become president of the monthly company after the Cinven buyout company acquired a 50% participation of a subsidiary of the ABU Dhabi Investment Authority (Adia).
An announcement on his appointment is expected imminent, according to industry sources.

Cinven has in -depth experience in the insurance sector and by adopting a “buy and build” approach more broadly.

Mr. Wilson, who also headed the Asian insurer AIA, will work in close collaboration with the director general of the policies expert, Steve Hardy, when he occupies the position next month.
Non -executive director of the BlackRock asset management giant, Mr. Wilson also recently joined the Zilch board of directors, a payment company with more than 4 million customers.
Founded in 2011, the political expert was only sold by the primary group to a subsidiary of Adia at the end of 2023.
