Nigel Farage has given up the unique control of Reform UK, the members of the party now being “given the property” after a vote last year, according to its president.
The party, led by Mr. Faragewas previously controlled by the deputy for clacton when he held a majority of shares of the company.
According to the new Constitution of the Party, a council will be rather set up which will lead and direct the party, the members voting in an advisory manner on the policies during the annual conference.

Members also have the power to call an “extraordinary general meeting” and launch requests without confidence in the party leader.
In a press release, Reform President Zia Yusuf said: “We are pleased to announce that, as promised, Nigel Farage has sent Reform UK’s property to its members.
“Reform UK is now a non -profit organization, without shareholders, limited by the guarantee.
“We assemble the board of directors, in accordance with the Constitution.
“This was an important step in the party professional.
“We will soon have more exciting announcements on Reform UK while we are preparing for the government.”

The documents filed with House companies show that all shareholders of Reform UK Party Limited have abandoned their actions and their control of the organization.
Instead, a limited company called Reform 2025 LTD is listed as party control.
Reform 2025 LTD has two administrators – Mr. Farage and Mr. Yusuf – but no shareholders or people with significant control.
It is understood that it is because membership would be in control.
This seems to put it in a structure similar to the Labor Party, while the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats seem to have managers or controlling chairs.

According to the party’s website, Reform UK has more than 211,000 members – almost to double the conservative members.
Mr. Farage says he wants to go beyond work, which has around 309,000 members.
The party won five seats in the last general elections at the rear of 4.1 million votes. As a comparison, the Liberal Democrats won 72 seats at the rear of 3.5 million votes.
This gap is largely at the Duce to seats, the votes are concentrated.

Recent surveys have shown that reform is considered stronger than work on a range of subjects among voters, including reliability, strength and “clear sense of the objective”.
Earlier in February, the party also exceeded voters’ intention survey for the first time.
