Virgin Media works to solve a problem that has left many customers unable to connect.
The telecommunications giant said on Monday that he was aware of “intermittent problems” with his services and apologized to customers, adding that he was working to solve the problem as a “priority”.

More than 9,000 problems have been made for 11 hours, according to the website of the service website, the majority saying that their Internet services had been assigned.
In a statement, the company said: “We are aware that some customers are experiencing intermittent problems with their services,” said a spokesperson for Virgin Media O2.
“We apologize for any drawback and work to solve this problem in priority.”

Many affected customers have also visited social networks to report problems with their services, one of which describes the connection as “everywhere”.
Another wrote: “Why a Monday of everyday.”
A third wondered if the company would reimburse them for the mobile data they had to use to access the Internet.

Virgin Media merged with O2 UK June 2021.
