Captain Al -Hanoud was fined in Mumbai Hardic Pandia at 12 Indian rupees (about 14,500 dollars) after his team condemned to maintain a slow excessive percentage during the IPL 2025 match against Gujabra.
The game, which was held at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmed Abad, witnessed that Mumbai’s Indians fail to chase the goal of 197, and the loss of the match by 36 races.
This penalty, the first of the captain season, is located, under Article 2.2 of the IPL Code Code, which addresses the minimum violations of the rate.
Pandya’s fine follows a similar incident earlier in the IPL 2024 season, where the opening match of the season against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) missed a slow crime from the previous campaign.
During the press conference, Bandia expressed its acceptance of the rules, saying that although the punishment was painful, it was out of his control.
This is the first case in the IPL 2025 where the captain receives a slow slow fine. Before the season, the IPL board provided the Demerit points system for such violations, with the ability to transfer suspension points for up to 36 months.
Pandia had previously commented on slow slow penalties, while recognizing the consequences and postponing the decision regarding its continuation of the ruling authorities.
Currently, Mumbai’s Indians sit in ninth place on the point table without any points of their opening matches.
They are scheduled to face the heroes of defenders, KOKR Riders (KKR) at Wankhede on March 31.
