Pakistan’s emerging boxing talent, Ozan Minister, presented his dominance in the circuit on Thursday by Esoran in India with a Technical Judge (TKO) in the opening round of the international classification match held at Bangkok International Siam.
The match, which was very expected due to the historical sports competition between Pakistan and India, was the sixteenth professional battle in Wazeeer.
The 23-year-old extended his unnoticed to 16-0, with the conclusion of the battle only one minute and 41 seconds in the opening round.
When the bell rang, Wazeeer was not lost at any time, launching the first attack that determines the pace of the battle. Esoaran responded to the aggression, and the match soon turned into an explosive exchange.
However, Wazeeer showed a super technique and a quarter, as a series of strong strikes that led to an ESWAran decreased twice before the referee intervened to stop the competition.
Wazeeer was called “Boy Asian Boy” already in the boxing world, as he previously won prestigious titles including the title of international youth, the Asian title, and the Middle East title.
His accomplishments not only brought a global recognition, but also a great pride for Pakistan and his original region of Gilgit-Baltistan.
After his certain victory, Wazeeer expressed his gratitude and presented a strong message from the unit.
He said: “Alhamdullah on this victory. I am grateful to boost boxing in Hayland, the sponsors, and the government of the bond to support them.”
He also addressed the uproar of the growing social media surrounding the match, and urged fans on both sides of the border to embrace peace.
“I have seen leaflets comparing this to the Pakistan war. I ask for sincerity of both countries-we want peace. Let’s gather between us, not our division,” and concluded his saying.
