Pakistan to host Bangladesh for the T20i series of five games starting on May 25 – Aitrend

Lahore: The Pakistani Cricket Council (PCB) confirmed on Wednesday that the country will host Bangladesh for the T20i series of five matches-part of the future round program (FTP) originally consisting of three Odis and three T20is.

However, in light of the T20 World Cup for the next year, both councils have agreed mutually to replace ODIS with two additional T20is, read the press statement of the multi -chlorine vinyl vinyl.

The T20i series of five games will be played in Faisal Abad and Lahore from May 25 to June 3.

The Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad, which succeeded in hosting the Champions Cup one day in September last year and the T20 National Cup last month, will take place in the first and second stage of the series, scheduled for May 25 and May 27, respectively.

This place previously hosted 24 tests and 16 ODIS between 1978 and 2008 and will be welcomed by the International Criter after a 17 -year hiatus. The last essential player on the field was ODI between Bangladesh and Pakistan in April 2008.

The remaining three Lahore Gaddafi Stadium will host T20is, scheduled for May 30, June 1 and June 3. All five matches will start at 8 pm.

The Bangladesh team will arrive on May 21 and will undergo training sessions at Iqbal Stadium from May 24 to May 24.

May 27 – T20i II at Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad (8 pm local time)

May 30 – T20i Third at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore (8 pm local time)

June 1 – Fourth T20i at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore (8 pm local time)

June 3 – Fifth T20i at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore (8 pm local time)
