Batting Great Virat Kohli announced its immediate retirement from Test Cricket on Monday, just days before India called their team to take a tour to England.

“While I move away from this coordination, it’s not easy-but it seems true. I have given everything I have, and I have brought me back much more than I hope.”

Kohli, who first appeared in 2011 and scored 30 centuries and 9,230 races at 46.85 tests on 123 tests, available for internationals for one day.

The 36 -year -old resigned from Twenty20 International as soon as India won the 20 -year -old World Cup in the West Indies last year.

“14 years have passed since I first wore a loose blue color in the cricket test. Frankly, I never imagined the journey that will take me this coordination,” Kole posted on Instagram.

“He tested me, formed me, and taught me the lessons that I will carry for life.

“There is a deep personal thing about playing in eggs. Quiet grinding, long days, small moments that no one sees, that remains with you forever.”

While the final test of Wahley concluded the defeat of the 3-1 test series by Australia in January, which witnessed that India is abandoning the Gavascar border for the first time in a decade, it will be remembered more because of his talisman as a leader between 2014-2022.

Kohli won 40 out of 68 of the tests responsible for India to become the country’s most successful coordination leader and ranks fourth in the captain list with the most trial wins.

Only Grame Smith (53), Ricky Ponting (48) and Steve Wake (41) won more tests as a row.

India suffered only 17 defeats with Kohli on his head while directing the side to the final of the World opening test championship in 2021, where he lost to New Zealand.

It was also part of the team that lost the World Test Championship final in Australia in 2023.

“I am walking with a heart full of gratitude – for the game, and the people who participated in the field, and everyone made me feel a view all the way.”

“I will always look at my test career with a smile.”

The next test mission in India is a series of five games in England as of June 20.

“A era ends in the cricket test, but the inheritance will continue forever!” The Cricket Control Council in India wrote on X due to the previous captain’s retirement.
