
Karachi: Pakistani Bano Kosar defeated Richa Sharma to demand gold in the Joe-Gitsu category in the Asian Jitsu Jitsu Championship, which represents a prominent performance of Pakistan in the tournament.
Kusar’s victory on the third day of the competition in Amman, Pakistan’s strong offer, which also included two bronze medals earlier in the week.
Muhammad Ali Rashid and Muhammad Yusef Ali got the bronze in the category of the two men, while the handsome prisoners and the villages of Arif got the bronze at the women’s duo event.
Khalil Ahmed Khan, President of the Pakistan Federation, Joe Gitsu, praised the success of the team. “This is not just medals, it is evidence that Pakistani athletes are world -class,” he said. “It is thanks to the coaches, athletes, and the entire support staff who worked tirelessly.”
Tariq Ali, Secretary -General of the Pakistan Federation, Joe Gitsu and Jitsu Regional Association in South Asia, described the victory on the occasion of this sport in Pakistan. “The passion and courage showed by athletes and youth is really inspiring,” he said.
The championship, which includes major competitors from all over Asia, concludes Monday. The Pakistan team aims to add it to its medals in the final events.
