A diabetes of type 2 diabetes can be a great shock for any otherwise healthy individual, but it is not a death sentence.
Many people reach remission, despite the absence of a universally agreed definition of what this constitutes.
Glycated hemoglobin (HBA1C) reflects an individual’s blood sugar state over several months, with levels of less than 6.5% generally deemed indicative of remission. This is measured at least three months after an individual has stopped treatments.
Steve Bang, 69, told GB News how he managed to reduce his Hba1c by 5.5% while completely avoiding the need for medication.

His diagnosis occurred after several years in the prediabetes chain and served as a major awakening to Steve, who feared losing up to 10 years of his life by complications such as neuropathy.
“When I got my diabetes diabetes diabetes diabetes, many thoughts crossed my head,” said Steve. “So, I decided to become serious and make changes to reverse my condition.”
The Briton discovered the L-Nutra health diabetes of health program while looking for the most effective means of reversing the disease.
