Seatunique has agreements with places such as Wembley Stadium, the Live Arena co-op of Manchester and the 16 racing points operated by Arena Racing.
A certain number of additional contracts would be under negotiation.
Ben Stokes, the Male Test Cicatest Captain of England, and Lady Jessica Ennis-Hill, Olympic Champion of the 2012 Heptathlon, are also donors of Seatanique.
A source close to the situation said that new financing should be followed by a much larger fundraising in the B next year.
The company is chaired by Richard Flint, the former Skybet chief who also chairs the investment platform Hargreaves Lansdown.
He markets the original ticket inventory, unlike secondary platforms that have undergone increasing political pressure for their consumer treatment.
Seatanique refused to comment on his series A.
