Nearly 150,000 pounds of Bologna recalled due to “unconcoated meat or poultry materials” Aitrend

Gaïser’s European Style Provisions Inc. recalls around 143,416 pounds from Bologna ready to eat due to erroneous approval, Federal Health officials announced on Friday.

The products recalled, which were sold under a variety of names and labels and products between March 20 and June 20, 2025, include the following elements:

  • Plastic packaging of “Bologna Kypoyka Paba chicken” (not declared pork)

The products recalled have an establishment number “Est. 5385 »inside the USDA inspection brand on product labels.

“Some products would have been weighed, wrapped and labeled in retail stores at the time of purchase,” added the USDA.

Although the food and inspection security service does not expect harmful health effects and there has been no confirmed report of adverse reactions, those responsible have urged the public not to consume the recalled products.
