Donald Trump said the United States was going to “win” the race for artificial intelligence, when his administration has unveiled his AI action plan.
The new plan is designed to accelerate the construction of high energy intensity data centers – which work IA Products – by releasing environmental rules, while largely expanding the sale of AI technologies abroad.
The plan, which includes 90 recommendations, occurs while America is trying to maintain its advantage over China, the two superpowers investing massively in industry to guarantee economic and military superiority.
He calls for the export of the software and hardware of the American AI abroad, as well as to urge the suppression of “paperlles” which could be considered as preventing the industry from flourishing.
In a speech at Washington DC, Mr. Trump said: “America is the country that has started the AI breed. And as president of the United States, I am here today to declare that America will win it.”
He said that the technological arms race with China was a fight that would define the 21st century.
The president added: “We must also have a single federal standard, not 50 different states regulating this industry in the future.”
And he declared during the summit of the “Victory of the AI” that “America was again to be a country where the innovators are rewarded by a green light, not strangled with administrative formalities”.
An expansion of IA products exports could benefit manufacturers of AI NVIDIA and AMD fleas as well as in AI giants, AI giants, IAL ALPHABET, Microsoft, OPENAI and Facebook META Mother Society.

During his mandate, former president Joe Biden brought restrictions on American exports of ia fleas to China and other countries which, feared, could divert semiconductors to Asian superpower.

The Tsar of Mr. Trump’s AI, David Sacks, has been criticizing “Woke IA” for over a year.
Electricity demand in the United States is reached records this year after almost two decades of stagnation as the number of AI and Cloud Computing data centers are developing across the country.
The technological industry has prompted to loosen the rules to put its computer installations connected to the food sources.
But the Boom in the construction of AI has also led to a greater demand for the production of fossil fuels, which contributes to global warming.
