A market study company fueled by AI that counted Unilever and Vodafone among its customers is on the verge of collapse.
Sky News understands that StreetBees, which was founded in 2015, has filed a notice of intention to appoint the professional service company FRP Advisory as a administrator.
Sources said that a buyer was aligned to take control of the company in the coming days.
The imminent collapse of StreetBees follows efforts to find a buyer of solvents – in a process also managed by the FRP – in recent months.
The staff would have been informed of the insolvency deposit at the end of last week.
Streetbees, which also worked with Heineken, Ferrero and Avon, collected tens of millions of pounds in funding for donors.
He collected a financing cycle of $ 40 million in investors, including Lakestar, Localglobe and GMG Ventures – The Guardian Media Group’s start -up.
GMG Ventures has since renamed Mercuri.
A Streetbees spokesman said: “Streetbees has committed advisers to supervise a process aimed at obtaining investments or selling the business and its assets.
“We have filed a notice of intention to appoint administrators, as a protective measure, to provide the time necessary to progress the discussions that are at an advanced stage.
“We will no longer comment on speculation on the market.”
