The executive of Marks & Spencer (M&S) responsible for its technological function leaves the retailer of the months after a devastating cyber attack which disturbed its systems at a cost of hundreds of millions of pounds.
Sky News learned that Rachel Higham, MsThe digital and technology manager who leaves the business leaves the company.
Former executive of the WPP and BT group, Ms. Higham was hired by M&S at the beginning of last year.

His departure was announced in an internal memo released Thursday.
In this document, the company declared that it “retained when its role is stopped”.
“Rachel was a stable hand and a calm head at an extraordinary moment for the company, and we wish him good luck for the future”.

July: four orders for cyber attacks
The April cyber attack against M&S, which was led by a group called Spanded Spider, stopped its online operations, highlighting the growing threat posed by such incidents.
Its click and collection service is now operational, and the retailer expects part of its costs to be covered by insurance.
M&S said at the beginning of last month that he was not trying to replace Ms. Higham after a Sky News investigation.
It was not clear that would make him succeed this role or if it would be eligible for a gain.
A spokesperson for M&S confirmed Thursday that the note was authentic but refused to comment more.
