Commenting on the figures, Colin Walker, of the energy and intelligence unit on the climate, said: “The demand for electric cars is again up and taking into account flexibilities for which the automotive industry has put pressure on the United Kingdom policy, sales are now ahead of their place of measure to achieve the objective of this year.
