The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday revealed the playing XI for the second T20I against South Africa with one change in the side as Jahandad Khan came in for Sufyan Muqim.

Pakistan and South Africa will head to Centurion Park for the second T20I today.

Jahandad made his debut for the national team in a T20I against Australia last month and picked up a wicket by giving away 17 runs in his three-over spell.

The left-arm pacer has picked up four scalps in four T20Is.

The team includes captain Mohamed Rizwan and batsman Babar Azam opening the innings, followed by Saim Ayub, Usman Khan and Tayyab Tahir in order.

The experienced bowling attack includes Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf who are known for their pace and aggressive bowling.

Mohammad Irfan Khan, Mohammad Abbas Afridi and spinner Abrar Ahmed are also participating in the attack.

The Rizwan-led team had lost the first of three T20Is when the Proteas defeated Pakistan by 11 runs at the Kingsmead Cricket Ground.

The hosts set a blistering target of 184 runs in a nine-wicket loss as veteran batsman David Miller’s 82 off 40 balls troubled the Pakistan bowling attack.

He was dismissed by Shaheen Shah in the 14th over but the damage had been done long ago and George Linde’s 48-run cameo did not help the visitors as Heinrich Klassen’s men finished the innings on 183 runs.

Pakistan, already on the brink of defeating South Africa in the first innings, could not push for a budge and ended up scoring just 172 runs as the Proteas recorded a win in Durban.

Rizwan’s slow innings of 74 off 62 with five fours and three maximums remained the highest score for Pakistan as only two other batsmen – Saim (31 off 15 balls) and Tayyab (18 off 18 deliveries) – managed a double score.
