In a major achievement, former Indian tennis star Sania Mirza was appointed as a sports ambassador on Wednesday by the Dubai Sports Council.
Dubai Sports Council, established in 2005, is the official body responsible for developing the sports sector in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
