For a while, all filming at Robyn’s house took place outdoors. Now, the cameras are moving back inside this season. But strange things reappear in the background. And it looks different from what fans saw before.

Last season on Sister WivesMeri Brown shivered as she sat in Robyn Brown’s garden with her for a visit. Fans wondered why she didn’t invite her inside.
But now they think they know why, once Robyn finally let the cameras into her home. So when the cameras went back inside, fans saw the disconcertion. Viewers assumed that was what she probably wanted to keep hidden.
Now, this season, it looks like she’s decluttered her house. But fans suggest a better description. They think she put it all aside to give the cameras a clear picture, as seen in the photos below.
Robyn organized here – but not there?
In the last Sister Wives episode, the kids were hanging out in the dining room, apparently doing homework. When the camera pans the area, it looks well organized and clean. Gone is the disorder seen last season in this same room. But the camera lens soon finds the pile of things, however fleeting they may be.
So, some viewers initially thought it was a refreshing look inside Kody Brown and Robyn Brown’s home. Then it seems like the camera picks up the items once they’re scattered, only it looks like someone just piled up in another spot. So when the camera moves too far from the room, it captures the mess, if only for a second.
Then, shortly after, Kody and Robyn leave for a date. As the couple walks through the kitchen to the door, the cameras follow them. It’s quick, but the screenshots below are a little confusing.
Sister Wives Fans Suggest Hoarding
This Sister Wives the family consists of five children and two adults. So that makes a total of seven people in this family. Their huge dining room table can easily accommodate that many people seated for a meal. So why would you have a second huge table right next to it?
Sister Wives fans found this a bit strange. It’s a very light and airy room, but without too much furniture. So it looks like part of his house was cleaned for the cameras. But not all, in the following screenshots the mess appears.
Sweep it under the rug – or into a corner?
Fans suggest the dining room was cleared for filming. They now assume this was done by stacking objects where the camera couldn’t capture them. But, as the camera follows Robyn and Kody out the door for their date night, it finds disorder again.
Sister Wives Fans became furious last season when bottles of supplements and medications appeared left within reach of children at Robyn’s house. You cannot read the labels on the bottles in the screenshot above. But even though the number of bottles seems to be decreasing, they are still on the counter, within reach of her young children.
So it looks like Sister Wives gave fans a glimpse of Robyn Brown’s tidy house. Or at least part of it. Seeing this for the first time, viewers thought she was working on her tendency to be messy. But that thought went out the window when the camera moved further into Robyn’s house.
As Robyn and Kody were going out, Sister Wives fans got a quick glimpse of the mess behind the couple. To viewers, it seemed like the same as last season.
Sister Wives: Robyn enhances a section
So with a little deductive reasoning, it appears that Robyn Brown only cleaned the dining room to use as a designated filming area. But fans see this as a smoke and mirrors ploy.
They think Robyn was probably pressured into having her own space for fans to see on camera. Especially after receiving so much backlash for his lack of housekeeping last season.
But some fans admit that even though her house seems too cluttered for most people, it looks much better than last season. This appears to be the case, in the screenshots of the Sister Wives scenes below.
For a second, Sister Wives fans thought Robyn Brown traded in clutter to overload her home with furniture. When they saw the two huge dining room tables next to each other, they tried to understand why.
So it seems she’s gotten into a new habit and now provides enough table space for a small army. Plus, viewers suggest her idea of decluttering might be as simple as pushing items out of the reach of the TLC series’ camera lens.
