Washington: US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order on Wednesday that they prohibit sexually transformed girls and women from participating in female sports, where supporters are praising her as a step towards fairness and critics condemning them as an attack on the rights of a marginalized group.

This matter directs the Ministry of Justice to ban girls and women transformed sexually from participating in female school sports under Trump’s interpretation of the ninth club, a law against sexual discrimination in education.

“The war ended on women’s sport,” Trump said at a signing ceremony with dozens of women and girls behind.

“My administration will not stop at his side and watch men strike and strike female mathematics.”

The matter, which is likely to face legal challenges, calls for “immediate enforcement” at the country level. It threatens to cut off federal funding for any school that allows women or girls to be transgender to compete in female sports competitions.

It will only affect a small number of athletes. The President of the National Assembly Association for Athletics at the Senate Committee in December said he was aware of less than 10 sexual converted athletes out of 520,000 schools competing in 1,100 schools.

But the case is linked to the voters, who responded to an excited applause when Trump mentioned the ban on transgender athletes in his campaign marches. He repeatedly made television advertisements that criticized allowing sexually sexual women and girls to compete in female sports.

Opinion polls have found that the majority of Americans oppose the transgender athletes who compete in sport in line with their sexual identity.

Other transsexual rights restrictions

This follows a series of other executive orders of Trump that restrict the rights of transgender people, including an attempt to stop all federal support for health care that helps in the gender transition to people under the age of 19 years and another prevents transgressive people from service in the army. Those orders faced immediate legal challenges.

On his first day in January 20, Trump has signed an order calling for government employees only to “sex”, not “sex”, and declares that “sex is an unprecedented biological reality” preventing any change in sexual identity.

The discussion often focused on the inclusion of transgender people in sport is fair, as opponents said that people who have gone through male adulthood have physical advantages. Sexual activists say that there is little evidence to show that sexually transformed women have an unfair advantage.

It reflects the interpretation of the Biden Ninth hazelnut administration as protecting sexually transmitted people from sexual discrimination, which was banned by a federal judge in 2024.

More than 20 states have issued laws that prevent sexually transmitted girls from participating in girls’ sports, some of which faced legal challenges.

NCAA requires sexually converted athletes to meet the boundaries of testosterone on the basis of sports, but it does not follow the participation of sexually transformers in school sports.

Kelly Robinson, head of the Human Rights Campaign at the LGBTQ Group for the Da`wah, said that Trump’s actions will expose children to harassment and discrimination. “For many students, sport revolves around finding a place to belong. We must want this to all children – not partisan policies that make life more difficult for them,” Robinson said in a statement.

On Wednesday, the executive order will direct the Ministry of Internal Security to review visa applications for sexually transformed women to ensure their compatibility with their species at birth when they enter the United States to compete in women’s sports.

“If you come to the country while you are claiming that you are a woman, but you are mentioned here to compete against these women, we will review this for fraud,” said the White House official.

It will also direct the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to “request changes” within the International Olympic Committee to prevent sexually transformed athletes from competition. The official said that the United States will use “all our authority and our ability” to enforce the matter in the Olympic events on American soil. The Summer Olympics 2028 is scheduled to be held in Los Angeles.
