Karachi: The International Cricket Council announced on Friday that the winners of the ICC Champions Cup 2025 will receive $ 2.24 million in a total $ 6.9 million prizes.
According to a statement issued by the International Criminal Court, the second place in the prestigious championship will win 1.12 million dollars, while the loser semi -finals will get 560,000 dollars each, which represents an increase of 53 % from the 2017 version.
The value of each victory in the group stage is 34,000 dollars, with the completion of the teams in fifth and sixth to receive $ 350,000 each. The seventh and eighth sides will receive $ 140,000, and all the eight participating teams will ensure 125,000 dollars to compete.
The tournament, the first global Cricket event in Pakistan, will continue since 1996, from February 19 to March 9 with matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. India will play in Dubai.
Eight teams will compete in two groups of four, with two progress from each group leading to the semi -finals.
