The Combaxx 7th Asian Taekwondo Open Championship witnessed exciting procedures on Sunday, as athletes from all over Asia competed in different weight categories.

Pakistan continued to show its hegemony, secure 2 gold medals, 4 silver, and 8 bronze medals in both male and female divisions, and increase the strengthening of their position in the championship.

In the male category -48 kg, Ahmed Mozamil won a silver medal for Pakistan, while Quraishi Muhammad Suleiman and Ansari won bronze medals, and presented Pakistan’s strong presence on the platform. Trem Al -Rahmi took from Afghanistan gold in this category.

The Male Division has seen another extensive battle, with Akeed Hukmuddin from Afghanistan calling for the gold medal. Yasser Mohamed Pakistan secured silver, while Samir Mohamed and Akbar Shuud Muhammad took bronze medals at home, adding to the outcome of Pakistan.

In the female -44 kg, Anwar Aisha Pakistan achieved a great achievement by winning gold, while Habiba UMME got silver. Sarwary Manahil and Aslam Safia won bronze medals, ensuring the completion of the full Pakistani platform.

Pakistan continued its series of victories in the female -49 kg, where Khan Iman won gold and Fatima Ghouse Silver. Jokakani Fatima Tuz Zahra and Khan Khadija took the bronze medals at home, which increased the calmness of Pakistan’s dominance in Taekwondo for women.

On the third day, distinguished performances strengthened the number of Pakistani medal, indicating the increasing strength of the country in Asian taekwondo.

With many weight categories that are still disputed, Pakistan athletes are determined to continue their wonderful operation and bring more glory to the nation.
