New Delhi: The Indian Cricket Council (BCCI) handed out its team, which won the Champions Cup earlier this month, a cash bonus of $ 6.72 million on Thursday, that is, the amount of three times the winner of the Fifty Championship.

“The money award is a recognition of the hard work that everyone puts behind the scenes.”
The Secretary of the Board of Directors, Davjett Sikia, said that the players deserve a reward for the recent domination of India for Cricket Ltd.
“This victory has justified the highest classification in India in the white cricket game, and we are sure that the team will continue to excel in the coming years,” said Sikia.
