Karachi: Pakistan captain T20i Salman Agha, which is part of Islamabad United, hinted that the possible national team will return to Paceer Hasan Ali and Batter Sahibzada Farhan, citing their impressive performance in the Pakistan Premier League (PSL).
In an exclusive interview with Geo NewsAga said he is not only trying to help Islam Abad United win the PSL Cup for the fourth time, but also tries to identify the national team players in the future.
“My best is the performance of Islamabad United while monitoring players who can serve Pakistan in the future,” said Aga. “I will monitor the shape and fitness of the players who may play with Pakistan in the future under my leadership.”
Although certain youth players were not named, Aga noted the offers of Ali and Farhan’s performance, which hints that they were in the return of the national team.
“Only 2-3 games have been played so far – it’s early in the tournament,” he said. He said: “After 7-8 games, we will see who performs constantly. But the way in which the bowling is worthy of praise and the current Farhan form can pass without anyone noticing it.”
AGHA confirmed the correct understanding of modern cricket demands: “The modern cricket game requires maintaining the desired rhythm, not just hitting every ball. We need to build a culture of play according to the circumstances.”
He added: “The key is to maintain the rate of registration – whether it is a chase or a goal.
He added, however, the game that is beaten, the archers will always be important.
“The strikes wins the matches, but the archers win the championships. In highly scoring stadiums, the archers who give up 10-15 runs are no difference.”
Aga, who previously played with Lahore Sallands, said that Islam United was aimed at the fourth PSL title but recognized the form of Lahore.
“Lahore has built a good momentum – if they maintain this level, they will be harsh opponents,” he said. “I am from Lahore, so when you don’t play Islam, I want Lahore to win.”
He added: “Islamabad has started well in the PSL 10, which builds confidence. We hope that we can maintain this momentum.”
