
New Delhi: The rest of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will be played between May 17 and June 3 in six places.
The T20 Championship was stopped last week due to the clashes between India and Pakistan, but the Cricket Control Council in India decided to organize 17 distinguished games after the ceasefire agreement.
“After extensive consultations with the government and security agencies, and with all the main stakeholders, the board of directors decided to move forward in the rest of the season,” BCCI Board said in a statement.
Royal Contraves Bengaluru will host the heroes of defenders, Kolkata Knight Riders, on Saturday, followed by one of them dual presidents on Sunday.
Jaipur, Delhi, Lacoo, Mumbai and Ahmedabad are the other host cities of the remaining stage matches in the league.
The four relations places will be announced later, including the final on June 3.
The original hosts of the qualifiers are Hyderabad and Kolkata, with the final in the Aden Gardens on May 25.
The first qualification will now be on May 29, followed by Eliminator on May 30. The second qualification is scheduled to be on June 1 and two days.
The nuclear armed neighbors in India and Pakistan have called for hostilities on Saturday.
The IPL was suspended for a week last Friday, a day after the match between the Punjab kings and Delhi, the capitals of Delhi in Daramsala, less than 200 km (125 miles) from the northern city of Jammu, where the explosions were reported hours ago.
A special train was arranged for players to return to Delhi on Friday, where the airspace was closed, while the external stars began to return home on Saturday.
