Sana Mir becomes the first Pakistani woman to be recruited in the International Criminal Court Hall – Aitrend

The former Pakistani ladies captain, Sana Mir, has become the first Kricitte player from Pakistan to be recruited in the Hall of the International Circuit Council (ICC).

The historical announcement was made on Monday during a ceremony before the World Championship for the Test Championship. Western Indian legend Ian Bishop revealed the 2025 crater, which includes cricket greats from all over the world.

SANA was honored alongside Mrs. Donnie in India, Sarah Taylor from England, South Africa Hashem Amla and Crime Smith, Matthew Hayden Australian, and New Zealand Daniel Vitouri.

Sana, Sana, represented the national team from 2005 to 2019. It became the eighth Pakistani in general and only the fifteenth woman in the world that is entered in the ICC Celebrity Hall.

She holds the record for most of the share by a Pakistani woman in Odis with 151 and was the first Asian woman to appear in 100 T20 international. In 2018, she made history by becoming the first Pakistani woman to top the ICC ODI’s Poling Categories.

SANA captured the national team for eight years, prompting Pakistan to two gold medals of Asian matches in 2010 and 2014.

Under its leadership, Pakistan won its first ODI victory over South Africa and qualified for Super Sixes from the 2017 World Cup, as it was 5 against 14 against Scotland, a winning of the match.

“Whoever plays the cricket game in the streets in Pakistan to this moment today, it was an incredible journey,” Sana said during the ceremony. “This is a very emotional moment for me.”

In 2019, Sana Mir retired as one of the most accomplished athletes in Pakistan. It was also a prominent voice to empower women and awareness of mental health in sports.

It joins a prestigious list of a Pakistani celebrity hall, including Imran Khan, Ashim Akram, Dar Yunus, Jafid Manad, Abdul Qadir, Hanif Muhammad, and Zuhair Abbas.
